            We do the photos or you may furnish photos if you wish.

        2. For-Sale-By-Owner yard sign (Optional - We realize some community covenants don't encourage the use of yard signs.)
 
        3. Sign rider bearing your phone number (Prospective buyers work directly with you. We don't get involved with the sale of your home/property.)

        4. Starter set of full color Information flyers. We give you the master copy for reprints.

        5. Information box mounted on the yard sign post.
